Julie Cooper, RN, M.Ed. Years of experience working with people as a Licensed Massage Therapist, Certified Energy Practitioner, and Yoga Teacher has shown Julie the crucial effect of the body mind link. Therefore, her therapeutic focus integrates the relationship between the body, mind, and spirit. As a lifelong student she continues her education as a soon to be Certified Ayurveda Practitioner through the internationally recognized, Kerala Academy.

Osha Rose, RYT 200 is a registered yoga teacher and international event manager.  She began learning yoga as a child.  On a special retreat in 2007 in the Osa Peninsula, Costa Rica her life purpose became clear as she practice pranayama (breath work), asana (body postures), and meditation.  The realization was that she could truly be happy and fulfilled as a yoga teacher and practitioner.

Osha's Vinyasa asana practice is powerful and therapeutic.  She teaches restorative yoga for deeper energetic cleaning and healing.  Her classes focus on form and alignment of the body and energy system, facilitating strength, clarity and peace of mind.  This 2015 Ayurveda & Yoga retreat is focused on the healing elements of the primary rainforest and will provide a balance of wellness, well-being and vitality.
