Osha's Journey

Osha has been on a spiritual path since childhood, moving between inner inquiry and real-world living until life invited her to come home to the purest version of herself. In 2020, after moving to the West Coast to dance and surf, Osha felt a deep pull back to the rhythms of the North Shore.

Around that time, Osha became a mother, and something shifted profoundly. In the raw, powerful experience of childbirth, she discovered her voice not just as sound, but as medicine. That moment showed Osha inner wisdom is within all of us, once our lives are embodied, and truly felt.

Becoming a mom awakened in her a deeper urgency to live and teach from the inside out. Osha launched The Superbloom Podcast to break down the mental barriers that keep us from feeling alive and free. She wrote Yoga For Relaxation to support people in calming the nervous system with simplicity and ease.

And Osha began creating The Moksha Mindset™ — a space where liberation from old thought patterns becomes possible for those ready to meet life with curiosity instead of pressure.

In 2023 Osha left her 20+ year corporate marketing journey, and found herself fully returned to the spiritual practices that nourish her soul. What emerged clearly was this message: My voice, in all its forms, is my vessel.

Osha helps men and women, especially mothers, reclaim their inner spark, trust their inner guidance, and live with more clarity, grace, and embodied freedom.

Mission

My mission is to help people recognize the mental patterns shaping their lives, reconnect with what energizes them, and make conscious choices that lead to a more authentic, meaningful way of living.

How It Works

The Moksha Mindset™ is a practical framework for creating clarity, choice, and freedom in your day-to-day life. We start by seeing the patterns that influence how you think, feel, and respond—especially in moments of stress, overwhelm, or self-doubt. This step builds awareness without judgment, helping you understand what’s actually driving your reactions so you can pause instead of pushing through on autopilot.

Next, we envision the shift by identifying what a more aligned response would look like for you in real situations. You learn how to check in with your inner wisdom, make intentional choices, and take small, manageable steps that fit into your life as it is now. As these choices add up, you build momentum—responding with more steadiness and confidence, and creating sustainable change that leads to greater ease, trust, and freedom over time.

Proven Results

The results of The Moksha Mindset™ are felt in everyday moments. Clients report clearer thinking under pressure, a steadier nervous system, and a renewed trust in their inner guidance. Instead of reacting from habit or overwhelm, they learn how to pause, recognize patterns as they arise, and make choices that feel intentional and aligned. Over time, this leads to greater emotional resilience, more honest communication, and a sense of inner freedom that carries into relationships, work, and family life.

What sets this work apart is its balance of insight and application. The Moksha Mindset combines intuitive awareness, reflective inquiry, and simple, repeatable practices that integrate seamlessly into real life—especially for busy women and mothers. Each step builds on the last: clarity creates choice, choice builds confidence, and consistent practice creates lasting change. The result isn’t a dramatic overhaul, but sustainable momentum—where freedom of mind becomes less about striving for a better version of yourself and more about living from the wisdom you already carry.
