“When you focus on your Becoming, the journey becomes the thing...the process to awaken your magic within.”

-Osha

Osha Rose, BS, Reiki Level II, E-RYT, Aspiring Bestselling Author, Relaxation Coach, Manifestation Cheerleader, and Spiritual Guide has been on the Siddah Yoga path since she was a child.

As an adult, Osha started expanding her physical and somatic movement practices in 2006, studying international martial arts such as kung fu Tiger style, Qi Gong, Tai Chi.  Later in 2011, Osha discovered her deep love of Capoiera, an Afro Brazilian art form that combines acrobatic movements, fight, play, strategy, music and philosophy into a rhythmic game of combat and began her formal training in hip hop, latin, and freestyle dance in 2016.

Broadening her education in and studies of the philosophy of yoga, Osha found herself on the mat with teachers of Baptiste power yoga, Anusara, Shiva Rea and Forrest yoga practices.  Osha has also studied the gentle yin restorative styles, the psychology of yoga, and the Buddhist practice, Mindfulness Based Stress Reduction (MBSR).

A student of voice training and songwriting for many years, Osha discovered how the vocal pathway is a channel for healing during the birth of her daughter in 2021.  Osha now offers personalized guided meditations to help ease anxiety, stress, and symptoms of grief and to encourage the healing process.

Classes, workshop, retreats and gatherings are fun, supportive, and offer a fresh, light-hearted perspective of self-care.  Osha's favorite offering is her rosieOyoga style that combines her love of BUTI® Yoga, Middle Eastern belly dance, and sound healing, with her desire to help cure what is hidden deep within the tissue of the body through shaking, spiraling (STT®), and tantric dance.  Osha also enjoys integrating her belly dance movements into her family yoga classes, including Mommy & Me, Toddler Storytime Yoga and Prenatal Relaxation offerings for expecting mothers-to-be.

Osha is in the process of recording her newest audiobook, Yoga for Relaxation and preparing to launch the next season of The Superbloom Podcast.  In her time for recreation, you will likely find Osha with her toddler reading, playing in the woods, or singing & dancing by the sea.
