Using Dr. Stephen Porges’ polyvagal theory as a compassionate map, you’ll learn to recognize your nervous system states—green (safe/connected), yellow (threat/activated), and red (life-threat/shutdown)—and what helps you move back toward safety. Through gentle breathing practices, guided reflection, and practical techniques for “closing the loop” on activation, you’ll practice meeting anxiety, overwhelm, or numbness with skill instead of self-judgment.
