Family Dance Yoga

Join us for a fun exercise class for the whole family!

We will warm up with slow songs to stretch, breathe to connect with the body, and move along to the beat of enjoyable, family-friendly, dance music curated by Osha Rose. Each song will have a different energy level and suggested set of movements, and all participants are encouraged to improvise when inspired. Props will be provided to add to the enjoyment of movement and play.

Class will begin a few minutes after 5:30 PM and we will move for 45 minutes, with breaks taken as often as you would like. There will be chairs and a chill zone to sit, lie down or read, and plenty of space for children and caregivers to move freely throughout the dance studio. Beverages and snacks are welcomed into the space, but food is best post dance for most bodies.
