About the event
Join us for an evening of movement, connection, and renewal under the full moon. We’ll begin with a grounding meditation to help you arrive and settle into your body, followed by a guided warm-up that gently opens into embodied movement and free-form dance. We’ll close the evening in song, then gather for tea and light bites to integrate and connect.
