Join the Rockport Public Library online via Zoom for a virtual session offering guided breathing and relaxation techniques to support stress reduction and nervous system regulation. Open to all experience levels, this program provides an easy-to-follow class on how to pause, release tension, and restore a sense of calm in the body and mind. Participants are encouraged to join from a quiet, comfortable space.
